Project summary
To develop two sites covering approximately 14.7 hectares for residential, light industrial and associated purposes. The project includes subdivision to create approximately 273 residential lots, 9 light industrial lots and lots for access, construction of approximately 9 industrial units on the industrial lots, creation of stormwater management reserves and a public recreation reserve intended to be vested in Auckland Council, construction of public roads, and pedestrian and vehicle accessways, and construction of infrastructure for three-waters services.

2–10, 11 and 12–18 Kauri Road, and 150–152 Brigham Creek Road, Whenuapai, Auckland.
The Minister for the Environment considers it is more appropriate for the project to go through standard consenting processes under the Resource Management Act 1991.
