To construct and operate a retirement village with approximately 128 care beds (including hospital care and specialist dementia care) and approximately 179 residential units (contained in apartment buildings).

26 Donald Street and 37 Campbell Street, Karori, Wellington.
It is more appropriate for the project to go through standard processes under the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA) because of the community interest and heritage issues involved.
