To redevelop an approximately 6500 square metre site at and construct a mixed-use development comprising up to 7 buildings up to 5 storeys and 18 metres high, with 2 basement carparking levels. The buildings will include: approximately 140-170 residential units, ground floor commercial and retail tenancy space, private communal open space and parking areas for cars, motorbikes, and bicycles.
