Our gender and ethnic pay gap action plan sets out the actions we will take in the year ahead.

Our target is to demonstrate we are committed to closing the gender and ethnic pay gap amongst our people through our actions. To achieve this, we must understand and address: equal pay, flexible work by default, our people practices and gender-balanced leadership.
