Per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)

Ministry for the Environment oversaw and coordinated the all-of-government response to per- and poly-fluorinated alkly substances (PFAS) contamination in New Zealand until adopting a business-as-usual approach in 2021. The AoG response could be reactivated if PFAS affected sites of national significance come to light in the future.
