Project summary
Two staged development of four sites to construct a 17,000m2 hub including innovation, teaching and research facilities; and a pedestrian plaza and pedestrian link from the Terrace up to the main Kelburn Campus (also providing pedestrian thoroughfare).
The project has widespread public interest and it is more appropriate for it to go through standard consenting processes under the RMA (as per section 23 (5) (b) of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020) to allow more opportunity for public participation.
