Proactive release

To increase transparency and provide information on the decisions made under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020, the Ministry intends to proactively release the application forms and advice provided to the Minister for the Environment. These documents will be published within 6–8 weeks of Cabinet making a decision on the application.

This information will be proactively released in accordance with best practice guidelines. More information is available on the Public Service Commission website and Ombudsman website.
