To better understand the challenges faced with large resource consent applications, the Ministry for the Environment commissioned a review of resource consent applications made by TrustPower Limited to construct and operate a new hydro power scheme on the Wairau River, Marlborough. This report presents the findings of this review as learnings for future large resource consent applications.
