The EPA's cost recovery arrangements

This 2020 report by MartinJenkins reviews the Environmental Protection Authority’s third-party funding arrangements including those relating to the Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2013.

The report assesses the current cost recovery framework for the EEZ regulations, calculates new hourly rates to reflect actual costs and assesses alternative methods to recovering costs. 

The report has been redacted, removing any content not related to the Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf (Environmental Effects) Act 2012.
