The Māori-centred evaluation of Jobs for Nature was conducted in parallel to the broader evaluation, and focused on assessing the design, delivery and outcomes of the programme through a Te Ao Māori lens.
The purpose of the Te Ao Māori evaluation is to understand how effectively the programme has been implemented, and the extent to which it is on track to deliver its intended outcomes for Māori. The evaluation incorporated a Critical Tiriti Analysis (CTA), to understand how the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi were upheld throughout the programme.
