While the report provides recommendations for possible NPS content, it is not government policy and does not necessarily reflect the direction for the content of the proposed NPS. In addition, the information contained in the case studies was provided by individuals who were interviewed for each case study and do not necessarily reflect the view of the Council.
The research and recommendations in this report will be taken into account in the policy work for the proposed NPS.
