Proposed National Policy Statement for Renewable Electricity Generation 2008 Section 32 Evaluation Report

This document contains the evaluation for the Minister for the Environment required under section 32 of the Resource Management Act 1991 of the proposed National Policy Statement for Renewable Electricity Generation. This evaluation considers the appropriateness, alternatives, costs and benefits of the proposed national policy statement, and its objective and policies. The NES came into effect on 13 May 2011.
