Correction
17 April 2018: We made a correction to page 8 of Our atmosphere and climate 2017 report and page 4 of Our atmosphere and climate at a glance. The correction, resulting from a rounding issue, means that soils at approximately one-quarter (rather than the ‘one-fifth’ initially published) of monitoring sites around New Zealand have been getting drier.
