The s32 report provides an evaluation by the Ministry for the Environment and Ministry for Primary Industries of the National Policy Statement for Highly Productive Land (NPS-HPL).
The overall focus of the NPS-HPL is to ensure that sufficient highly productive land is available for primary production use, both now and for future generations.
