This paper recommends that the Cabinet Legislation Committee authorise submission to the Executive Council of the Resource Management (Exemption) Regulations 2017 Amendment Regulations 2017, made under section 360(1)(h) of the Resource Management Act. These amendment regulations correct a drafting issue relating to the aerial use of brodifacoum in predator-proof sanctuaries.
