This document provides the guide published in 2009 to implementing and explaining the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Telecommunication Facilities) Regulations 2008 for practitioners in local government, the telecommunications industry and the public.
These regulations were replaced by the National Environmental Standards for Telecommunication Facilities 2016 (NESTF), which came into effect on 1 January 2017. More information on the NESTF 2016 is on our website.
