The survey sought to better understand how the programme is making a difference in the lives of people – whether it has created opportunities for people to restore and connect with nature, grow their skills and capabilities, and make meaningful contributions to their community.
Our focus for employees was to identify who has participated in the programme and understand the impact on their social and economic wellbeing.
We also surveyed employers to understand the training programmes offered and how they create pathways for employees in future.
