Have Your Say on Options to Reduce Emissions from Organic Waste Sector Feedback Document

The Ministry for the Environment is seeking feedback on options to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from organic waste, as part of the Government’s second emissions reduction plan.

We have developed a Sector Feedback Document which outlines a range of potential measures to reduce emissions from organic waste.

We are seeking feedback from stakeholders across the waste sector and those with an interest in waste to identify the most feasible and impactful measures. Feedback will help inform potential implementation pathways and planning, including how we prioritise and phase options.
