A guide to section 32 of the Resource Management Act

This guide was updated in April 2017 to reflect amendments to section 32 made through the Resource Legislation Amendment Bill. These changes require section 32 reports to summarise advice received from iwi authorities about the proposal under Schedule 1 of the RMA, and responses to that advice.
