I am writing to request any available information relating to climate change policy and issues relating to disability and disabled people that has not already been released under proactive release.

Specifically, I request any information or documents relating to climate change policy and disability or disabled people from 2010-2024. Specifically:

• Any briefing documents, reports or communications, not already released, that
  mention disability or disabled people in relation to climate policy, including but not limited to, the National Adaptation Plan, the Climate Change Response (Zero Carbon) Amendment Act, the Emissions Reduction Plan, Just Transition plans and reports, Climate Change Adaptation and Risk assessments, the Climate Change Commission, and work on the draft Climate Change Adaptation Act or related policy development for managed retreat and community relocation.
• Any available information relating to consultation or engagement with the disability community for the National Adaptation Plan, Climate Change Response (Zero Carbon) Amendment Act, the Emissions Reduction Plan, Just Transition plans and reports, Climate Change Adaptation and Risk assessments, the Climate Change Commission, and work on the draft Climate Change Adaptation Act or related policy development for managed retreat and community relocation.
• Any available information relating to consultation or engagement with Whaikaha Ministry of Disabled People for the National Adaptation Plan, the Emissions Reduction Plan, the Climate Change Commission, and work on the draft Climate Change Adaptation Act or related policy development for managed retreat and community relocation.
