Request for provisions for Māori in the Climate Change Response (Zero Carbon) Amendment Bill

Details of the request

Timeframe Narrowing: While my original request covered consultations and documentations from 1 October 2017 to 1 December 2019, I am specifically interested in the period from 1 July 2018 to 30 May 2019. This narrowed timeframe should limit the volume of documents to be reviewed.

Specific Areas of Interest: In order to narrow the scope, my request can be limited specifically to internal communications (ie, including emails, memos, meeting minutes, briefing papers, reports, or proposals related to the inclusion of Māori provisions in the
Climate Change Response (Zero Carbon) Amendment Bill) between departments and agencies, and offices, including communications with various coalition and confidence and supply party offices at the time, regarding the consultation with Māori, the inclusion of Treaty of Waitangi principles, and the integration of te ao Māori in the bill.
