MfE Org Chart Structure Tiers 1-3

I am interested in knowing the structure of management in the public sector, looking at such things as what teams fall under what directorate and how responsibilities are split up.

I would like to request a copy of your current organisation chart covering the top four tiers (tiers one to four). If at all possible I would like the names of the managers aswell as their titles. If this is not possible (in regards to their names), I would like to know why.
