As you know, s9(2)(f)(iv) is time-limited, lasting only until a decision is made. The list of fast-track projects was publicly announced today, so that protection has now expired. Will you therefore be sending me the redacted schedule from document 2, or will I be going to the Ombudsman to get them to enforce the law?
