Details of the request

Please provide all communications related to the establishment of a Maori technical experts group (in the area of waste). Please include all discussions related to choosing members of this Maori expert group, and related to the question of whether to tender this expert work.
Please also include all communications related to establishing contact with (William) Gannin Ormsby and or Ka Awatea Services Ltd, including, but not limited to, any introductory conversations Mr Ormsby initiated with MfE officials or other government officials. Please cover the period of August 1, 2019 to November 31, 2020. My request includes, but is not limited to, all email and text communications.
