Request for information about the Bonn Climate Change Conference

Details of the request

This is a request for clarification of official information under the under the Official Information Act 1982 in relation to the Bonn Climate Change Conference (2024) We request the following information:

• The total number of staff who went, broken down by job title and workplace.
• The total cost of these trips.
  • Please also provide individual costs broken down by activity (i.e. flights, accommodation, entertainment, food, drink) and, where possible, job title
• The total number who flew business class and/or had special lounge access.
  • Please provide a breakdown of these costs
• How many in-country MFAT staff attended.
