Hazardous Activities and Industries List guidance released
We have released our Hazardous Activities and Industries List (HAIL) guidance.
The HAIL guidance is intended to assist with identifying HAIL land.
The guidance provides details on the scope of each of the 53 activities and industries listed on the HAIL.
The guidance will help users to make informed decisions on the identification and classification of HAIL land. It also has useful for making a high-level judgment about the level of risk that HAIL land may pose to human health and the environment.
