- Climate Change (Stationary Energy and Industrial Processes) Regulations 2009 - update the schedule of emissions factors for natural gas
- Climate Change (Liquid Fossil Fuels) Regulations 2008 – change how opt-in airline participants calculate emissions when supplying biofuel.
