Fast-track project applications
The application documents for the 149 development and infrastructure projects that the Government decided to include in the Fast-track Approvals Bill are being released on 13 December 2024.

The release includes information submitted to the Ministry for the Environment to the Fast-track applications portal between 3 April and 3 May 2024.
The release covers project details (such as the region and sector of activity). The 149 project applications were released first because they have been through the first stage of the referral process, are listed in the Fast-track Approvals Bill and can apply for consideration by Expert Panels when the Bill becomes law next year.
Projects are listed individually.
Next documents to be released
The Ministry received 392 project applications; eight applications were withdrawn and an independent Advisory Group reviewed 384 applications.
All other application received between 3 April and 3 May 2024 and official advice will be released late December.
