Rainbow Tick is a certification for organisations that have a proven record of accepting, valuing and embracing lgbtqi+ people in their workplace. At MfE we proudly received our rainbow tick recently. We are looking forward to finding additional ways to support our rainbow staff and allies in the future.

This is a fantastic milestone for MfE, our rainbow people and all of the people that interact with us.
The Rainbow Tick is about accepting and valuing people in the workplace because when we feel supported and valued we can all work together to better protect the environment and help Aotearoa be the most livable place in the world.
This is the start of an amazing journey to help all our people feel more included (click) and helps the rest of the organisation support our rainbow community as allies.
Getting the Rainbow Tick acknowledges that we're an organisation that reflects the communities we serve and puts all our people first.
