Bringing forward and strengthening the NPS-UD - options to provide greater flexibility for councils

This paper provides information on options to increase flexibility for councils when intensifying housing, as part of measures to bring forward and strengthen the National Policy Statement on Urban Development (NPS-UD). It also provides further information on options to support greenfield developments.
