Proposed amendments to the National Environmental Standards for Telecommunication Facilities: Preliminary evaluation under section 32 of the Resource Management Act 1991

As required by section 32 of the RMA, a preliminary assessment of the proposed amendments was undertaken to assess the efficiency, effectiveness and risk of introducing the proposed amendments. This assessment found that, on balance, the benefits of implementing the proposed amendments are likely to exceed the costs.
