Kahahakuri Erosion and Cow Cress Migrations

This report was prepared for Tukituki Land Care (TLC) on how to control the spread of cow cress in its catchment. It was commissioned under the Access to Experts initiative, a Ministry for the Environment-funded service delivered by Beca and NZ Landcare Trust.

This guidance was prepared by Associate Professor Ranvir Sigh and Professor Ian Fuller (Massey University) after a field visit, analysis of catchment data and workshop addressing cow cress, nutrient loss and erosion.

Their assessment and recommendations covered flow data, digital elevation models, geographical data and water quality data.
