A further five ABARE scenarios were commissioned following the completion of the six-scenario ABARE report, Economic Outcomes of the Kyoto Protocol for New Zealand, which was publicly released in November 2001 during the period of public consultation on ratification of the Kyoto Protocol and on domestic policy options.
