Evidence that actions to mitigate contaminant losses from land via farm planning can improve water quality

This report outlines a practical five-step framework showing how the collection of data from freshwater farm plans (FW-FPs) may be able to provide measurable water quality improvements in catchments. It anticipates that the reduction in environmental risk to freshwater from farming activity in catchments could be attributed to farm scale actions selected in FW-FPs.
