The updated report includes a new chapter (chapter four) considering the macroeconomic impacts of seven Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) scenarios to improve our understanding of the transitional effects of different emission targets. Otherwise, the report is unchanged from the previous report on the estimated macroeconomic and distributional impacts of New Zealand’s second emissions reduction plan.
