This document provides a summary of submissions received on the Climate-related financial disclosures discussion document, a consultation that ran from 31 October 2019 to 13 December 2019.
The discussion document set out proposals to ensure the market has the information it needs to allocate investments in a way that contributes to a low-emissions, climate-resilient economy. These proposals would require financial firms and listed companies to implement mandatory (comply or explain) climate-related financial disclosures.
