Professor Ian Fuller from Massey University completed a qualitative assessment of the site’s fluvial geomorphology (how landforms, river shapes, water, and sediment interact). He completed a ‘river condition’ assessment, provided insights on the drivers of erosion in the catchment, and gave recommendations and interventions for erosion hot spots.
