Following the publication of the investigation report into the Auckland Unitary Plan provisions in the City Centre Zone on 18 September 2026, we have now compiled the modelling results of plan enabled capacity potentially enabled by the proposed provisions in the report, by site.
Two files are available, a CSV file that contains the modelling results used to inform the commercial feasibility modelling, and a ZIP file of an ArcGIS geodatabase that can be used to map the results file.
