This report/joint memorandum, which was prepared by Richard Muirhead (AgResearch), Sandy Elliot and other experts (NIWA), reviewed existing industry scientific information and literature and identified mitigation strategies that could be modelled in the respective regions. It also evaluated and prioritised mitigation strategies based on the authors' findings.
