The guide provides practitioners with a ‘first port of call’ for interpreting and implementing the Resource Management (NES for Air Quality) Regulations 2004 (including the 2011 amendments).
It includes updates made in 2014 to provide further guidance on the offsetting provision and exceptional circumstances.
