Waste Strategy ropu review in answer to WPQ 20302 (2022) and engagement with consultants

Request 1 - Waste Strategy ropu review In answer to WPQ 20302(20222), Hon David Parker stated that MfE's Chief Executive has asked MfE's 'Principal Risk and Assurance Advisor to review the internal process of appointing the Waste Strategy ropu, with the purpose of exploring whether the process of appointing advisory groups can be improved'. I understand this review has now been completed. Please may I request the review's output/outcome? For clarity and specificity this includes:
1. the document setting out the review's Terms of Reference, its analysis, findings
and recommendations.
2. MfE leadership's response to the review. E.g. its response to any
recommendations/findings and any action it intends to take in response to it.
Request 2 - engagement with Puna Consultants Ltd / Thomas (Tame) Malcolm Please may I confirm if MfE has utilised the services of Mr Thomas (Tame) Malcolm and/or his Puna Consultants Ltd company in any matters since 23 September 2017?
If the answer is 'yes', please confirm:
1. the financial value of the contract(s) (if a contract was awarded).
2. a summary of the overall nature/scope of the work or project.
3. Mr Malcolm and/or Puna Consultant Ltd's involvement or role in the work.
