I was wondering if the ministry can provide any information about the grants?
I was thinking maybe the proposal the funding was given to, how much money was actually given (as the funding is for "up to" the amount specified), any reports the applicants had to complete and give back to the ministry in exchange for the funding, and anything else which might relate to the applications from 2010 and 2012/
