Minister to that letter;

Minister or the Ministry for the Environment and any other persons (such
as Landcorp Farming Limited (PAMU) or other interested persons)
pertaining to the WPL applications;
3 Notes of any discussions (including phone conversations) regarding the
WPL applications with any other persons about such matters.
