Streamlined Planning Process - Plimmerton Farm, Porirua

Dear Ministry for the Environment,

Thank you to MfE for attending to my request dated 23 January 2020 which was entitled ‘Streamlined Planning Process – Proposed Plan Change – Plimmerton Farm, Porirua’, and for MfE’s response dated 21 February 2020.

MfE has provided information in response to my request for:
“all correspondence
- received by MfE from Porirua City Council and / or Greater Wellington Regional Council, and
- sent by the MfE to Porirua City Council and / or Greater Wellington Regional Council in relation to this matter.”

MfE has provided 59 documents relating to the period from 26 February 2019 to 12 December 2019.

MfE has not provided any documents relating to the period from 12 December 2019 to 21 February 2020.

Accordingly, and further to my previous request, please provide the following information:

Either confirmation that there has been no correspondence between MfE and PCC and /or GWRC between 12 December 2019 and 21 February 2020;

Or, a copy of all correspondence:
o received by MfE from Porirua City Council and / or Greater Wellington Regional Council, and
o sent by the MfE to Porirua City Council and / or Greater Wellington Regional Council in relation to this matter.”
