Details of the request

Please could you provide all available information related to MFE decision-making regarding the establishment of a Construction and Demolition facility by Porirua City Council at Spicer Landfill and the MFE decision to fund the purchase of plant and machinery to enable this. Please also provide details of the feasibility supporting the application for Ministry for the Environment funding of this plant and machinery and any correspondence relating to this application.
