Resource Management (Measurement and Reporting of Water Takes) Regulations 2010

Details of the request

Can I please have a copy of the paper lodged with the Cabinet Office used to consider the ‘Resource Management (Measurement and Reporting of Water Takes) Regulations 2010’ (for the 2010 regulations – not the 2020 amendments). 

I am wanting to understand what the intention and policy analysis was for the Regs at their inception.  I think I might find the information I am after in the papers EGI (10) 66 and EGI Min (10) 8/5, but I have googled those references and can’t find a database that holds them. Can you please point me in the right direction to find those papers?
