Request relating to funding application for North Canterbury Māori Reserve

I wish to make an Official Information Act request in relation to funding applications made on North Canterbury Māori Reserve Torotoroa 895.  
In particular, I want a copy of all funding applications and correspondence regarding Ministry for the Environment supported work happening on the 14 hectare block in North Canterbury.
In particular I want copies of correspondence re Torotoroa mentioning:
• Cherie Tirikatene
• Kakano Ltd
• Sam Judd
• Nigel Harris
• Trustees in Torotoroa Reserve 895
• He Pito Mata Ltd
• Seed New Zealand Charitable Trust
