Request relating to freshwater improvement and National Policy Statement on Freshwater Management

Details of the request

May I please have the following:
- A list of all projects relating to freshwater improvement that MFE currently funds (including, for each project, the purpose of the funding and the name of the organisation that is responsible for the project), specifically in the catchments of Manukau, Kawhia, Whaingaroa and Aotea;
- A list of all briefings prepared by MFE, since October 2019, advising its minister(s) on funding for Kaipara Harbour, specifically in relation to the Kaipara Treaty settlement negotiations (note this request will also be made to the PDU and Te Arawhiti);
- Confirmation that Waikato Regional Council is tracking well with implementing the NPSFM;
- Confirmation that Auckland Council is tracking well with implementing the NPSFM.
