- A list of all persons and legal entities that applied for consideration to receive approval under the Fast Track Bill (the Bill) (the Applicants) and for which projects. Specifically, this request refers to the nomination of projects for inclusion in the Bill which was announced on 3 April 2024 and closed on 3 May 2024.
- All correspondence or other communication between the Applicants and the Ministry/Ministers of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Transport.
- All applications that have been sent to the government's Fast Track Advisory Group (FTAG).
- If the process for forwarding applications to the FTAG has not commenced, the date by which it is proposed to commence.
- The names of the members of the FTAG. If such members have not yet been
appointed, the proposed date by which such appointments will be made.
