Request in relation to the issue of recognising an NDC liability in the goverment accounts

A 2021 Treasury briefing that was released to me under the OIA this week (T2021/1926) includes the line "The accounting policy has been justified by the Ministry for the Environment to the Audit Office in each of the years since the signing
of the agreement in 2016".

Could I please have copies of the MfE information that Treasury is referring to - for the years 2018 to present?
